So sad to see the news that John Douglas of the Trashcan Sinatras has died. listening to jamie east's podcast earlier he said that he'd heard fender is confirmed, and that as of 2 weeks ago Madonna hadn't been approached. 

which would make that Graham Norton interview nonsense .... although obviously things change
