This is an awful questionnaire. 

Also, what's your sampling frame? Sticking it on here will most likely lead to biased results. 

Employed isn't an occupation.

Also, a Questionnaire like this won't tell you HOW social media is used by marketers at all. I find it amazing that this is even needs explaining. If this Questionnaire if your main research tool then I absolutely despair for your dissertation.
