FMS Information please

Been half a dozen times and think it's time to give something back/experience it differently.

So looking in to volunteering for FMS I have suitable skills etc to be a responder so will be looking in to that route as well as doing other events they cover should I be accepted. I've Googled the hell out of it and done a few bits of research.

The thing I cannot find is how many shifts do you get given? Are these Wednesday to Monday or just Friday to Monday. 

Any information greatly appreciated
