Can't see it myself. She's really not suited for the BD's audience. I'm not sure where Neil got his info from, I wonder if his source got confused with The Wilderness Festival? Neils rumour page also has Gogol Bordello down as a rumour and they appear to be in Europe that weekend.

I agree, I thought about it, and just couldn't see her as a headliner at BD. her music has become far more experimental and out there in an urban way. Different kind of vibe from the usual BD audience.
