Lost ticket ?

So did any one lose there tickets after getting bands ?? we had hospitality tickets and was told as soon as you had the bands put on that was it ........

Well we had good day wed came and went through gate C all cool then thursday was asked to show tickets which i had now lost, then the fun starts was told had to go to wicket gate around outside of site which is one hell of a walk . Then had check after check to see if i was who i was saying i was then had a slip of paper given to me so we could get double banded ............ then no one seemed to know where i should go to get double banded !!! ended up back at gate C where the dude who was in charge of gate got it sorted top man !!!!! but all this took 4 hours to sort out .

So sure loads of people must have done this but some of the staff have not got a clue what to do to help out which is a bit piss poor !

I think they have to strike a careful balance between being helpful to people who've genuinly lost out, and letting in people sharing wristbands (i.e. one person comes out with 10 peoples bands, gives them to 10 mates in the carpark, etc)

By nature if they're going to do it at all it needs to be difficult and somewhat lengthy so people don't take the piss.
