Carfest 2014!

I've just been offered a place to volunteer at carfest south this year, I'm really excited about the opportunity but also quite worried about working and sleeping there alone. Is there anyone who has been to or worked at festival alone before? and could offer me some advice and tips.

Been a festival goer for a few years but not volunteered before either so thought carfest would be a nice gentle introduction

I'm going alone too ladies ... and not volunteered before ... but very excited too But been to festivals on my own including Glastonbury

I'm with festaff too, Was starting to think I was the only one going! Really looking forward it now, just hoping for some nice weather
