Managed to get accommodation at Worthy View today (there is a small resale going on). Anyone who has stayed there...what was security like getting into worthy view (car to tent) and then getting through pennards gate into festival. Full on a security searches etc or relaxed?

From car to tent there was 1 or 2 blokes checking bags and patting down, they're usually ok if you have a bit of banter with them & once they see you a few times, the searches get less frequent.

If you're bringing anything in with you that you don't want found, put them in your boxies/underpants, I had my missus carry my 'extras' in stashed in her bra.

Then there is the checkpoint at the bottom of the hill where you enter the site where you have to show your wristband, sometimes they do half-arsed pat-downs, others they just let you through... but they're more interested in whether you have the right wristband on to enter the site
