Missing tickets!

Anyone got theirs yet? See an update a couple of weeks ago saying tickets were in process of being sent out. Nothing yet.

Got fleeced my £5 odd recorded delivery fee last year when tickets didn't arrive - then had to pick them up in person causing problems.

Rockness up to their old tricks again for a few quid? Sincerely hope not.

Everyone on twitter and Facebook is asking about tickets so everyone must be on the same boat. Bit of a cock up really. If its not here by the end of this week so many people will be stressing out.

I suppose they start leaving it late to discourage people buying to then tout them? Gives touts less time I suppose, only thing that makes sense leaving it so late to post them out to us

As already mentioned, it's £13 or there abouts, plus postage... And for what? To stand in a queue to pick up tickets to then stand in another queue to get in?!

Year upon year, deliberately or not (synical) there have been ticket issues of some sort. This is a simple logistics which every seller/agency/company overcomes daily. Why is it so hard for Rockness to sort this out? Do Rockness profit financially when punters are made to collect tickets after paying postage costs and not receiving tickets? Festival times are hard after all! I take on board the tout rational but this doesn't really apply for Rockness as much as it does not sell out so not need for a punter to bypass official merchant. Just crazy.

Just think its stupid as they already charge an extortionate booking fee, so postage should be included in that.

If they increased the already ridiculous booking fee by £2.75 and said Postage was included i wouldn't know any different.

But yeah glad they are finally here!!!

    • Another one from Sheffield DocFest this weekend, Earth Wind & Fire docu, directed by Questlove. Sensational archive footage, contributions from band members, family, plus a lot of very big fans (Stevie, Lionel, Flea, the Obamas) and a warts n all assessment of the genius / flawed human being that was Maurice White. Also, I never realised he started out as a jazz drummer with Ramsay Lewis. Well worth a watch.
