Confirmation email/ticket tracker

Morning all,

After our military operation that involved 3x groups of 8. 2 groups were successful in getting tickets.

However, as this was the first year of not getting tickets for everyone myself, I am depending on another friend who apparently got me tickets. I was in a group with my girlfriend and she has received confirmation email but I havent yet (she didnt secure the tickets).

Anyone else still waiting on the email? I understand that the person that paid the deposit got an email with everyones name that they made the deposit for so waiting to get this off him.

Second question - Has see updated the ticket tracker yet? Neither mine or my girlfriends details have been updated on there and starting to (probably unnecessarily) worry at this point. What reference number do you put in? The deposit reference number or registration number?

My order is on the tracker but then i used my card number. Why not try both your deposit reference number and registration number?

Sorry, just reread your post! It uses the number from the deposit confirmation email as i have just tried it.
