Campervan rules

Hi

My friend and I have bought weekend tickets and a camper permit but i've just read the rules for campers and it says that if the van is unconverted, you cannot stay in the campervan site. It says you need a proper fitted bed and either fitted wash facilities or kitchen.

Does anyone know how strict they are on this? I'm a bit worried now!

Thanks

they are very strict, it cannot be a van with a mattress in the back, it has to be fitted with cooking or washing facilities the rule are based on a vw camper

probably not what you want to hear but they are now obscenely strict on this one - I had a VW Multivan which is a campervan but without the washing or cooking facilities and they were very non-understanding about it. I had no problems at Glastonbury.

In the end I managed to get in by showing them an email from Glastonbury head office which confirmed my van was fit for purpose for Glastonbury but I doubt they would do that this year hence not campervanning..
