sniffer dogs

apologies if this has already been asked but just wondering, i've been getting kinda para about sniffer dogs this year. this kind of means that our traditional means of transport to the festival, the train from paddington is a bit out of bounds but does anybody know if they use sniffers at the london coach station?

They certainly had sniffer dogs at Reading station on the Wednesday last time I took the train to Glastonbury.

I must say I was pretty disgusted to see this. I wouldn't have been carrying any drugs myself. However was obviously a cynical ploy by Thames Valley to bump up their arrest figures, without doing one jot to tackle drug problems in their region.

It seems very unlikely that they'd have caught any dealers this way. A complete waste of resources, except that it makes their numbers look good.
