BIG apologies if this has already been asked (and I'm sure it has) but this is my first Glasto and the size of this message board is intimidating to a newbie. So I'm gonna ask away...

As a Glasto virgin, myself and my 3 friends have no clue as to where to camp/how far stages are from each other and - as the fest is getting closer - we're aiming to hook up before the fest and just discuss where we should camp and stuff. Can't find an official map on the official website so was wondering if anyone had something close, or a date as to when one will be added - maybe one will come with the tickets? I hear the stages have moved around this year too?

Another brief question relating to stage geography - I'm not gonna try and run between stages as the general vibe I get from this board is that, if you try to do that, you miss everything. However, it is really annoying me that I wanna see Julian Casblancas and Stevie Wonder - you guys reckon there's any way I'd manage it without missing a big chunk of Wonder? I'm a pretty fast walker but I don't know how many bodies to expect or, indeed, how far the Pyramid and other stages are apart.

Here's the Glasto Fine Guide 2010 Map.

Also check out Glasto Earth if you have Google Earth.

If you check out the 2009 Clashfinder you will see that the Other stage support usually runs into the Headline pyramid slot, which will make seeing both bands harder. Have a look at Clashfinder 2010 for timings a bit nearer the time. Once the boxes go red the times are confirmed.

I would say 10-20 minutes should be okay between the two stages if you aren't leaving at the end or start of a set.

Moving around during the Sunday headliner is the easiest of all. We did it last year, leaving Avalon to join Blur once Seth Lakeman finished on Avalon, very easy quick walk, and we did it the year before, leaving The National in John Peel to get to Verve for their last song and their long encore(s). You won't get to the front, but you'll get in the field far enough to feel the whole atmosphere. Enjoy!!
