Judgin by the whole twitter thing and the fact that efestivals wasnt sure about them headlining in the first place, id say yes.

And the whole struggle to attract big bands thing probably meant if efestivals was right, they were headlining mroe by default than anything else. Im sure when originally booked, they weren't a planned headliner. Therefore id say its open to them moving back down.

I think MCR were always going to be stuck in at headliner if they couldn't find anyone bigger. If the Guns n Roses rumour is true I think below them would be much better for them.
