Ashaz42
This year was my last ever Reading Festival for a number of reasons and I wanna do a different one this year, Reading was truly shocking and I'd prefer some of the more alternative, relaxed festivals. I also did Glasto this year and loved it. I'm 19 years old and still enjoy the more wild side of things, but after the destruction and riots of Reading, I wanna do something where I don't fear for my safety when wandering about. I'm thinking maybe Lattitude or Bestival? I'm not a big fan of dance music, so Glade doesn't appeal. If anyone had any suggestions that'd be great? Thanks

st00ka
The Big Chill is a nice spacious festival with an eclectic music policy and really relaxed vibe, the Summer Sundae in Leicester is another great one. I really enjoyed Y-Not this year which is nice and small and friendly. If you are into heavier stuff the Supersonic Festival in Birmingham is ace. You could think about going to Benicassim which has a similar line up to Reading and Leeds (and unfortunately some of the beer boys nowadays too) but is on the Med so you get to sun yourself in the day and party by night.
