Gelert Oxygen 4 Man Tent

The other week I ordered the Gelert Oxygen 4 man tent, went to put it up to check it and found that the pins would not go into the poles. I phoned the people I ordered from and they agreed to send another one and I made them check it before sending it.

I tried again to put the tent up but the same thing was wrong with it!!! The pins will not go into the poles (if you have this tent you'll know what I'm on about).

Am I doing something wrong? Was yours ok? It's not just a tight fit, it does not join together at all.

Now, before I ring and rant at them again...does anyone have any suggestions? Is this a faulty tent?

I really want this tent (perfect for Glasto and hols) so if you know of a supplier that sells them that actually go up then that would be great!!

what exactly do you mean the pins will not go into the poles?! Its probably something you're doing as i doubt itll be wrong on two brand new tents?!
