Whats the craic with the parking pass?

Where to park:

If you decide to bring your own car, parking is free but you need one parking pass per vehcile to direct you to the parking zone nearest to where you are camping.

Also can I go along tommorow around 13:00 and set up then leave to have a look at the black isle show and come back later?
