Glasto Earth Map

I've never been to Glasto before and we're trying to plan it like a military operation at the minute.

We've been studying the Glasto Earth map trying to decide on the most suitable camping site and notice there are grey coloured straight lines running across some of the fields.

Are these simply pathways or are they dividing fences stopping you get all the way across the fields?

Thanks.

The paths you see as gray lines, rather than in the satellite picture, are the artificial paths that are marked out for the festival.

Some are metal roadways, but most aren't.

(Within the boundaries of Worthy Farm, permanent stone roadways have been laid to provide robust vehicle routes. Outside of Worthy Farm - such as where the Other Stage is - temporary metal roadways are used. On all but the busiest routes however, there is simply a clear space.)

Tell him/her that you've looked into it, and found out they are indeed fences, and they seperate the different security check zones, where you have to pass through a scanner gate (or some other story along those lines). You get your ticket samped as you cross zones, to detect suspicious movement patterns... etc etc ;)
