Current talk is that government arw looking at loans for suppliers so the costs to them are spread, which feels like it's just kicking the problem further down the road.

But is still far too low for any supplier to currently make a profit. Thankfully, the supplier I work for is one of the 3 who are exempt from the price cap so at least we're safe from going bust and our jobs are safe. Too many people weren't so lucky. The green and social levies need to be removed from customers bills and be covered by general taxation, that's a much fairer way to do it. Like I said earlier in the thread, I've never understood why fossil fuel subsidies come from general taxation but renewable subsidies are put on energy bills.

Back in the 90s it was Oxlyers, which was as far west as you could camp then, then moved on to Pennards Hill for a few years. Then on to where Arcadia is now. When that moved in we moved further west. These days it's family camping in zone 2.

There's always exceptions to any rule. 3rd albums by Bon Jovi, Primal Scream, Verve, Spiritualised are all considered to be better that previous output. Here's my controversial opinion though: First Verve album is far and away their best. Urban Hymns, Bittersweet Symphony aside, is a load of cack.

1995-2013 it was every year without fail. On ticketless years I volunteered. BabyHew came along in June 2014 so only done 2 full festivals since then plus a couple of blagged Sunday afternoon/evenings.
