  1. Kinda off-topic, but are there any legitimate places you can buy hospitality tickets? I saw a website called Yurtel selling it but not sure if it's legit
  2. Where is it on t&CS? On the seetickets order tracker it says "You will need to quote your order reference number and must provide a payment card or ID matching your booking details." This means you only need ID.
  3. The top of the email says you need to show photo-ID, but the bottom says: "As well as a copy of this email, credit card bookers should take along the card used for the booking, whilst PayPal and Amazon customers should take along some official identification." I asked SeeTickets 2 months ago and they said I don't need the card.. I don't have access to that card, since my friend purchased them for me. So confused
  4. This is the biggest singalong in her setlist and there's almost no one singing.. It's definitely not just the audio on the stream, it's the Coachella crowd itself
  5. You're right, got official confirmation that only photo ID is needed.
  6. Hi, I just wanted to ask - For anyone here that has picked up their tickets from box office before instead of having it delivered, what did you have to give to the box office? Was it just ID & Booking Number or was the payment card also required?
  7. I used the Glastonbury contact form on their website - but I just checked my order on seetickets.com and I see the same message that says "must provide a payment card or ID". So I think ID only should be fine, must be a mix-up.
  8. So, according to some other posters here, the checkout page says "must provide a payment card or ID" for box office collection. I interpret this as - you don't need the payment card to pick it up. However, I emailed Glastonbury and they said I need to bring the payment card? I won't have the payment card because someone who is not coming to the festival paid for the tickets for me - and of course, they won't let me take their credit card across the world. Who should I believe? I'm stressing out because I'm not sure if I will be able to pick up my ticket anymore..
