Tour dates don't match up but LCD Soundsystem no longer have a Spain show (Cala Mijas is cancelled).

I think we will get some news next week but not sure if new names or something else. I don't think you can rule out replacement names coming next week.

I don't think Sonar would allow JW to play elsewhere in Barcelona. Think you are right with how they will approach this. There will be other cancelled bands we have no idea about. They might add not someone big but someone who has broken through recently.

It's a moot conversation for me as whoever the hell they book is going to clash with at least 2 other great acts, given it's the rammed Thursday!

Cardi B was a bigger top line name. And Minogue and Furtado don't fit the festival, especially the latter, and are also expensive presumably.

I think an example clashfinder (as in an old one) is very useful/fun, especially as gives someone new to the festival an idea of how the festival all fits together staging and time wise. But totally agree with Quadrophobia. A guessed clashfinder will be miles out for identifying clashes. Way too many bands and stages. I don't want to look at my two favourite bands, think phew they don't clash, only to later find out that they do.

Me neither for such a large festival as this. They make you think there is a clash when there isn't. And make you think you've avoided a clash when in fact there is one. Should be called clashnotfinder.

Agree with above comments. Extra complication as I wonder if some bands request the early Mordor slot if they have to play a daytime show somewhere in Europe the next day.

I'd say it's not really possible to make an educated guess as to who will be on Mordor early,. Just too many possible candidates.

. I would be astonished if Beth Gibbons isn't on much later and clashing with one of those names. I know they won't but if only they could put her on in Auditori and early on, it would have been perfect.

Hoping they add Anna Calvi as a late bonus. She is in Europe touring at same time.
