  1. Charlotte Adigery & Bolis Pupul and Fever ray are a part of Sonar's first announcement, and Bicep are headlining
  2. Only 2 female headliners on this one, so much for New Normal?
  3. Not really new, they released some stuff bu have another project coming up Really liked this album: https://open.spotify.com/album/0gpxUkqSnLwD50aaRir6jH?si=L_CgK9uwRYaMFpgDeplB5g
  4. Not the same, it's basically being held at a Barcelona suburb.
  5. I count it as 2, ended up doing 82 sets in 12 days in total, and done my best not to slow down with the fatigue.
  6. 2019, what an odd year. Back in 2018 we got the western thing I think, with IDLES leaking the entire poster.
  7. Way too packed but I'd kill for it, and the clashes would kill me.
  8. Announced today as his album is out today (clever), and he really blew up over the past 6 months or so.
  9. He's playing different dates on both Werchter and Madrid than the actual festivals, probably headlining his own shows on the venues. Also playing Barcelona mid-July
  10. Pulp can do both if it works out for them, not something we've never seen before, just like The Cure, Rosalia, Tame Impala, etc. as headliners, and some 2nd/3rd liners in 2022
  11. Phoebe has never played Primavera I think? Not the same relationship as Jarvis and Primavera, and American acts aren't going on long tours as often as the Euro/UK ones. Also, Glasto is just two weeks after PS Madrid (three after PS Barcelona). I'd say they are far more likely to play Primavera than Mad Cool.
  12. On the electronic side Primavera can have Justice (new album incoming), Bonobo, Moderat, Hot Chip, Floating Points, Polo & Pan, The Blaze, Four Tet/KH, Kelly Lee Owens, Mura Masa and others which played on other Spanish festivals (including Sonar) in 2022
  13. They were rumored for 2021 I think, a delay would make total sense (just like Gabi has mentioned regarding Nine Inch Nails - at some point he said they will perform in Primavera LA first and arrive to Europe in 2023)
  14. More of a Cupra/Crypto stage, I think. She's played 21:00ish on Primavera back in 2019
  15. So headliners mentioned so far as potential returns are Portishead, Nine Inch Nails, Rosalia, Sigur Ros, PJ Harvey, Travis Scott (first time, but playing the South Americas) and Arctic Monkeys (a new album and already playing August festivals this year). Did I miss anything?
  16. There wasn't much of an embargo with all the rescheduling from previous years (the reunions/surprises were originally booked for 2020), and there was no need to interfere with current tours, as everything was being pushed forward in the schedule. Even before releasing the poster, they mentioned they were able to retain most 2020 acts, so there wasn't much of a build-up for drama. IMO it was more about putting refunds to the minimum and getting the ticket money early after all those canceled editions, totally reasonable considering the circumstances. Surely they will try to release it in 2022 and sell out both Madrid and Barna editions ASAP, I just think we shouldn't expect anything before November-December because that's the way this thing usually works for them
  17. It might come out early but the situation is different nowadays than in the 2022 poster rollout, which have had special circumstances (mostly putting refunds to the minimum and selling out early after multiple cancellations). LA's sales aren't good apparently, an early poster won't help matters, and Barcelona 2022 has suffered tons of cancellations as a result of early bookings being published, stuff they would've like to avoid. On a January poster we might have never gotten into the Massive Attack saga, mind you. Releasing the poster is also dependent on clearance from all acts on it, let alone headliners. It's not unprecedented, they talked about publishing the 2018 poster early (Novemberish?) but actually released it later than usual (I think January 29th), as Arctic Monkeys made them wait. If, let's say, Portishead put an embargo on their name until a certain date, Primavera won't put it out in the meantime. As simple as that
  18. Have you tried to mail AccessTicket? They were very responsive back in May
  19. You need a code for each ticket, can't buy two tickets together. I got 2 regulars as I can always sell those post-lineup but entered a different code to make a seperate purchase.
  20. Gabi: I want to give you an exclusive. I am going to stop being the spokesperson for the festival. This is the last interview I am going to do, anywhere. From now Alfonso Lanza will be in charge of all this.
