  1. She's got a big tour ahead but after seeing her in 2019 and hearing Motomami, it's gonna be worth the trip from Indonesia. Cheers!
  2. So in case they are both negative the festival could actually send a private jet for both bands, right? They both play Friday (and actually the same time)
  3. Still easier than coming from Asia, Africa, Middle East, etc. As mentioned earlier, they are also due to play Best Kept Secret this year and I imagine it's not as complicated to go there as Indonesia to Barcelona, like some people around here do.
  4. Yeah, Jamie xx was already bumped up to Mordor on that day (probably as a Brockhampton replacement)
  5. Optimo 5:15 hours lfg I expected more stuff I'm familiar with or Primavera performers and such, nothing in the mold of Daphni (Caribou's other active alias) but might catch Two Shell and Kenny Beats as well as Optimo between acts. Is there anything I'm missing?
  6. You could crowd-manage better without clashing Jamie xx and Caribou or Nick Cave and Bauhaus. I believe it has more to do with the dozens of cancellations they went through, assuming Jamie xx was bumped up to have a DJ set in Mordor (again) as they couldn't book a Mordor-worthy replacement to BROCKHAMPTON. In a perfect world he would close the Cupra and the Friday after Caribou.
  7. We got Arcade Fire exactly 5 minutes before they started (20:25) and we got the HAIM notifications at about 2:54, after Japandroids finished their set. I'm not talking about leaks, only official information from the festival.
  8. 2017's unexpected gigs were announced about 5 minutes before the bands started playing, of course it's <1 hour but most interested punters couldn't be there on time (especially if you don't have cell reception onsite)
  9. Soho House lineup (only for VIPs and Soho House members): Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip) • Chacha Soundsystem • Chloé Caillet • Cucut • Dom Chung • Femi Koleoso (Ezra Collective) • Florentino • Gilles Peterson • Glade Marie • ISAbella (Maricxs) • Jordss • Keyrah • Loli Zazou • Lovefoxy • Metronomy (DJ Set) • Naguiyami • Pascal Moscheni • Shygirl No horarios, not even day splits at this point
  10. Probably a surprise stage if anything, as they would've put it on the map. On the other hand, a week ago they promised to announce the Boiler Room lineup 'in the coming days'. You're into fun live bands, username checks out 🙂 They're even better live from what I've been gahering, that's why I'm gonna pace myself and stay up even though it's Thursday (especially as the other Thursday is gonna be even more intense)
  11. I'm doing Faye Webster and Les Savy Fav, but gonna take it real easy before Pavement in order to make it to black midi, otoboke beaver, DJ Shadow and of course Myd. Still can't believe he's got the sunrise live set, gonna be fabulous.
  12. Official: Moreover, another one of the perks of a VIP ticket, is that it grants you access to Soho House's premium area which has a pool, massage service, local DJ sets and showcases by some of the festival's artists
  13. Porto set times are out, either Nick Cave has quite a long set or they got about an hour-long gap for a secret headliner 😏
  14. Self-announced, will probably drop the Boiler Room stage by the afternoon/tomorrow
  15. Weird, Primavera also announced they're out: We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances that have affected the planning of their tours, Japanese Breakfast, Oli XL and Las Ligas Menores will not be performing at Primavera Sound Barcelona - Sant Adrià 2022.
  16. Yep, on the same stage on W1 they got 150 minutes to prepare compared to 105 minutes on W2. Looks like a Disclosure thing, and I honestly don't know what to do with the Tyler clashes at this point. I was planning on doing Gorillaz+Tyler on W1 so I can position myself well for the Bicep+2manydjs combo.
  17. Could be a production thing with the Gorillaz stage, or perhaps they are trying to get make sure the Cupra isn't flooded during Disclosure. I honestly expect it to change again in the coming days.
  18. And making Tyler/Disclosure and Tyler/Bicep clash by 15 minutes on both weekends respectively, not including moving between the stages. That's awful for me.
  19. I'd say the Little Simz ticket status has a thing to do with the anticipation for a Beck set at Razz.
  20. Marked on the map as a VIP zone (just like 2018-2019, across the bridge and near the Bits area)
  21. VIP only - Soho House is going to host some sets during the festival, including Gilles Peterson and Shygirl https://www.sohohouse.com/en-us/house-notes/issue-006/events/primavera-sound-barcelona-2022
  22. Obviously Beck and Interpol are going to be tricky.
  23. Well, they have to clear up their messy communication and avoid the vague choice of words. We're getting weary.
  24. Ok, now that sounds like a scam.
