Noticed they've mentioned additional bands for the Thursday and now an earlier kick-off from midday! Are we expecting the Thursday now to be a proper "4th" day? Or will it fall short of the rest of the weekend?
Good news though! Now just to try and get some extra time off work

2 tickets for feeder in Birmingham tonight if anyone wants them? Buy us a drink inside and they’re yours

Not sure what the latest consensus is on the Saturday headliner, but I was told that Coldplay are playing the Saturday, which adds some credence to the poster…

Great additions, especially for the undercard! Was a little top-heavy before this mornings announcement but now there's plenty to keep me occupied all day!
Les Savy Fav was a great surprise! Caught them at Primavera and Green Man festival last few years and arguably the best live act over both festivals.
Easily one of the better lineups around this summer!

Bodega are playing it! Messaged them and they confirmed they'll be there

Everyone doing fancy dress?
Yeah we are!
First time attending so was wondering how prevalent is fancy dress? Dressed up as furniture last year at Shambala and had a blast - Im sure there was more people involved than not!

I wish! I just know Aurora doesn’t have GM lined up (at this time)
Damn..... was hoping you'd be able to throw in a few reliable names like you do in the Glasto thread!
Anyway, im going for B-52s as an out of the blue act!

Not booked as of today 🤷🏻♂️
Im taking this as you have an idea of who has been booked, so, are there any headliners that haven't been discussed in this thread so far?
Hoping for something out of the blue, akin to Devo last year!

Maribou State? Just been announced to headline Stowaway festival (same weekend). Headlined Far Out back in 2019.... have they done enough for a bump up?
Initially thought they'd make a great FO headliner but after checking their placement in 2019 ive assumed this is highly unlikely.... imagine after headlining the second stage its either main stage or nothing!

Good spot! Admittedly I only checked their website for updates and couldn’t find one, but with going this year for the first time I’m a lot more alert to any social media post!
Hoping for something next week!
Few bands playing around the weekend that I’m hoping can fit in somewhere; Gengahr, Royel Otis, American Football, Ash to name a few

If they’re making an announcement for the Thursday then surely we’ll be getting a few more names than last year? Can’t see anything previously on them making a separate Thursday announcement…
Unless I’ve misunderstood their post completely and they’re just announcing on Thursday next week

So the upcoming announcement is for the Thursday of the festival? In previous years hasn’t this been rather insignificant (lineup wise) compared to the other days?

more headliners to come...
As in multiple? How many?

An improvement on last year IMO.
Does anyone know if you can buy a weekend ticket for the Victoria warehouse gigs? Can only see single tickets for the events currently

Not sure if its a repeat, but Rylan on Radio 2 just asked Cher if she's playing the legend slot to which she replied 'I want too' before he went on about marching down to Worthy farm to sort it out for her. Or something along those lines.
Means absolutely bugger all but was nice to hear Glastonbury mentioned on the radio.

LCD would be the absolute dream for me but i reckon they're too big for Green Man?

Orbital are down as a main stage headliner on their website
Dance and electronic music holds a huge and vital role in alternative communities, and we’re embracing that through the galvanising appearance from main stage headliners, Orbital, as well as with our dedicated dance stage.
Also lists 6 acts as headliners (so assuming these are split between the two main stages?)
HEADLINE PERFORMANCES FROM: JANE’S ADDICTION (UK FESTIVAL EXCLUSIVE), AMYL AND THE SNIFFERS, FUTURE ISLANDS, SLEAFORD MODS, ORBITAL AND DINOSAUR JR. (UK EXCLUSIVE SHOW)!
So does that mean we've got no more 'headliners' left to be announced?
-
Rather surprised to hear that it doesn’t usually sell out! Lineups always great value and I’ve only heard positive things about it.
Would love The Breeders to be playing!

After being on the radar for a few years we’re finally giving this a go next year. In the unlikely event that the lineup is awful compared to previous years, we’ve decided to hold out for tickets until the first announcement.
I know people have mentioned it’s dropping this month, but any idea when? I’m assuming it doesn’t usually sell out instantly on the release of lineup either?

She's had a habit of adding on multiple extra dates to places once demand hits – the schedules announced at first have always been 'starter' dates. If she hasn't added an extra Dublin date on by August then yeah, she's in play for it.
It would be the day after London, no?
-
Doesn’t this make her likely? She has a gap on the Sunday at glasto?

Bodega, English Teacher and Viji all clashing is brutal. Hoping that changes as all 3 were 'must sees' before the day splits 😐
