Think I like Stanley Tucci but it was good that he couldn’t get a word in during his interview 👌

Really reckon Posh would be back for a payday, but would be stunned to see them pull this off tbh.
Would be absoloutely rammo.
The coronation would cement her man’s night hood and Glastonbury rolling out the girl power would balance out the blokey headliner chat.
Both locked in I reckon. Security in Union Jack dresses for both events.

Had a dream last night where Elton John, Pulp and The Chemical Brothers were announced as headliners.
The 1975 were doing two other stage headline sets on Saturday and Sunday but one of them was branded as ‘The 1974’ and was just gonna be their older songs.
Not sure what to make of this
It surely means it’s locked in 👍😀

I reckon Primal scream, Lizzo, Ksi and kaisers/Frank Turner on the Thursday night
You’re normally better at this than me mate 😀
I’ll go First Aid Kit, The Strokes, Sam Fender, Heaton & Abbot.
Dylan John Thomas and maybe Gaz Coombes on a smaller stage. Is Calling Out still a tent ?

Apparently Belle and Sebastian have a surprise new album called Late Developers coming a week today.
We had a world exclusive first play of the new song during half time at the football in Ayr on Saturday.
The “sound system” at Somerset is a bit shit so no further comment.

Any advice on hotels around Glasgow, or in nearby towns that easy to get into the city? I'm looking at clydebank.
Are you driving up or travelling by train ?
Assuming trains are back to normal,
it's a stroll down the Clyde to central
station so you'd be in good time for a
cheap hotel to Paisley or even Ayrshire
if you drive there and just avoid
Glasgow.
Didn't imagine l'd be back but getting tempted by the Friday. -

Something not right with what they are saying here.
The Murray family who ran the previous company FDTRHF REALISATIONS LIMITED which was ran by Jamie Murray, which have now filed for liquidation are still involved with this other company and the previous company too

This might be a coincidence, but what it looks like to me is they are folding the company to avoid paying the artists and crew who are awaiting payment from this year's event.
I'd be very weary about giving ticket money to this event, especially as they are using WeScanTickets for payment platform which means the Murray family get the payment direct and doesn't get held as such by your usual ticket agents to use for refunds if required after cancellation.
Cracking wee festival but there were folk working at it this year who hadn’t been paid for previous years. Sad scenes but not surprising.

There's a Scottish cup game on Monday night as well. FOOTBALL BONANZA!
I’ll be at that one. Not expecting a shock but I said that a few years ago up at Auchinleck 🤦♂️

That new format is horrendous, no point even putting a 1st team out until the play off.
Yip, can’t understand the point of it from a sporting spectacle point of view. The answer is that an extra Premiership team will likely get in plus one from another big tv country.

Trnsmt saying Friday day tickets sold out, which is impressive.
This has wrong footed me as I thought I’d just leave it till much nearer the time. I think…..they announce day tickets sold out as they want to continue to push the full weekend ticket. More day tickets to be made available next year hopefully 🙏

AM, GNR, Elton gives me the chance of two nights away from Pyramid.. seeing AM the week before, saw GnR at Reading 2010 and have no desire to see them again. Bring it on.
Just need a ticket now 🥶
Was Leeds for me in 2010 and GnR were woeful. Fair enough Slash is back but struggling to see how they can nail it in 2023. They have the tunes and technology is a wonderful thing so you never know.
Reg would deliver big, other 2 could see a load of folk drifting away.

Heaton and Abbott are perfect for the Pulp day. Ezra is in there I imagine because they want a sure ticket seller in that spot. Horan is the odd one out. Not Pulp.
That said, I VERY much like that day, and would attend for 3 of the 4. Saturday... I'd consider for that top 2 alone, but the TBA could swing it more.
The Sunday does not work for me. At all.
Aye, I didn’t expect to go back but Heaton/Abbott and Pulp plus it’s handy for a few pints in the City in the afternoon.

Fuck off ticketmaster.
Ace. See you in a bit.
I see they’re claiming that these ridiculous prices are to protect us from fake tickets 🤔🤣 They’re all heart.

Time to ditch the monorail. Forcing punters to walk everywhere on site would also be good for the environment. Win win.

Great result for Scotland tonight.Makes a huge difference to our football over the next couple of years. Feared the worst with all the injuries.

Disappointing to see Lawro jumping on the "woke" bandwagon. The BBC were correct to give him his marching orders because his act had grown old. In recent years the ITV coverage has overtaken BBC, so they should ship a few more out.
There have been plenty of shit pundits down the years but Lawro always annoyed me for reasons unknown. I’m glad he’s making an arse of himself and leaving without an ounce of class or professionalism.
Quite like the BT setup on champs league nights. Goal show is excellent and enjoy their pundits generally speaking. Not so sure about the Sutton savage Punch and Judy stuff but don’t normally see the Saturday afternoon show.
