Featuring some of the best-loved acts in the folk scene, on an ideal site Folk by the Oak is a one day folk festival set in the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House in Herts happening on Sunday 18th July 2021. 

Gates Open 12 noon. Main Stage from 1pm. Finish 10.30pm.

Other entertainment

In addition to the musical programme of contemporary folk and acoustic artists the family friendly event offers a craft fair, workshops, children's activities, storytelling, circus skills, real ale bar, music stalls, recycled gifts and a selection of tasty produce and a real ale bar on site.

Tickets

Tickets for 2021 will go on sale 'in early December'.

For 2020, tickets were priced at £42 for adults and £18 for children.

Take a picnic

Festival goers are invited to bring a picnic, but for safety reasons no fires or barbecues are allowed. Refreshments and bar will be available. Seating and cover is not provided so chairs, tables, picnic blankets and umbrellas are all allowed. No dogs, other than guide dogs, can be admitted. This is a non-camping event.

Getting there

Hatfield train/tube station is just five minutes walk away, and there's ample free parking.
