A festival of folk's finest acts gathered in beautiful leafy parkland of Hatfield House in Herts for one uplifting summer day of folk, roots, blues, Americana and acoustic music on Sunday 21sh July 2024. 

In addition to the musical programme of contemporary folk and acoustic artists the family friendly event offers a craft fair, workshops, children's activities, storytelling, circus skills, real ale bar, music stalls, recycled gifts and a selection of tasty produce.

Line-up

Confirmed for the Main Stage are the legendary Levellers. Also confirmed are Kora master Seckou Keita with his new collaboration Homeland Band, featuring one of Senegal's best known vocalists Korka Dieng and Moustapha Gaye, lead guitarist for Youssou n'Dour.

Also returning to the Main Stafe are are The Young'uns, and a first festival appearance of The Furrow Collective, a collaboration between 4 seriously talented individuals (Lucy Farrell, Rachel Newton, Emily Portman and Alasdair Roberts)

Confirmed for The Acorn Stage are Essex legend Beans on Toast, the Malin Lewis Trio, and Grace Smith Trio both offering an innovative and boundary pushing approach tp folk music.

50p from every ticket sold is donated tp the Willow charity.

Gates Open 12 noon. Finish 10.30pm.

Festival goers are invited to bring a picnic, but for safety reasons no fires or barbecues are allowed. Refreshments and bar will be available. Seating and cover is not provided so chairs, tables, picnic blankets and umbrellas are all allowed. No dogs, other than guide dogs, can be admitted. This is a non-camping event.

Hatfield train/tube station is just five minutes walk away a 20 mins train ride from Kings Cross, and there's ample free parking.
