Can't see it now, But I think they would be a great addition to the line up as the token 'Dance Act'. I saw them in Bham a few months back and they was amazing. Born Slippy would just be class at the IOW

But why do you think they are unoriginal? They were massively influential in the 1990s and much imitated. I can't remember any band before them merging progressive house and rock quite like they did.

If you want bands that merge any genre of dance with rock music "Back To The Planet" and "Senser" both pre-date them and I guess if I thought about it a bit longer I could name a few more (probably better) examples.

Neither band predate Underworld.

Senser were more of a rock/rap/hiphop outfit, always found them to fairly mediocre and certainly not original - They seemed to be ripping off RATM, PWEI and loads of other bands a bit like them.

Back to the Planet were IMO a perfectly ordinary crusty-indie band, they were only dance in the sense that they would get played at the indie disco. That's like using Ned's Atomic Dustbin as an example.

They pre-date them in terms of Underworld's success in 1994 with the modified line up. And I never said either were any good did I?
