Hi there, the same has recently happened to me. After seeing my ticket was in the Swindon sorting office for a week I contacted See tickets who told me to get written confirmation from Royal Mail (despite the tracking showing its been in Swindon for a week and this means it's considered lost by Royal Mail). See Tickets insisted i get written confirmation as apparently they can turn up later and I guess they think people will profit from this? Ridiculous if you ask me. I've gone back to Royal Mail to request this and they have escalated the case so I will let you know how i get on. -
I don't mind the flags too much, I do enjoy some of them, particularly when they are pretty decent artist specific joke, shows someone has put a bit of thought and effort into it. Not a fan of people who just show up with a county/country flag though, save those for your tent. They are also helpful even if you aren't holding them if finding your mates. Flags with advertising can get in the bin though. Re phones at gigs, I think a large part of this is reflective of how important people's phones are in them experiencing something now. I have to admit, I always try and take one photo of every set at a festival I'm at/every gig, just to give me something to look back on and remember. Obviously a big difference between that and filming whole songs/sets, which I agree is complete nonsense, but also think that the proliferation of phones will be more likely people grabbing a few photos which takes up 2-3 minutes of an hour long set which they are otherwise fully invested in.

I was looking for that on the app but couldn't see it. Whereabouts is it?

Surprised to see the Worthy View car park opens at 9pm on Tuesday (next week!). Is this just the car park or can we get access to our tent, if not is it 8am as per the main festival gates? Would love to rock up around midnight and get some sleep but wouldn't inside our Mini.

There's an intern in the iPlayer team who has to stay behind to make sure that the Glasonbury content is all working. They also do the weather forecasts based on old Nanny Hilda's tealeaves.
