T Bus Package problem

I booked a Thursday Camping & Bus package for T this year, I have already received my physical tickets, but my original confirmation email told me

"If you have purchased coach travel with Citylink, Ticketmaster UK will send you an email with instructions of how to redeem your coach ticket, in approximately 30 business days and no later than six weeks before the event. This will include a link to a dedicated page on the Citylink website from which you are to confirm your coach seat(s).
To complete your travel purchase you must book your coach journey through the link provided on your email. The deadline for booking your coach journey will be 6th July 2014. Failure to book by this time may result in you being unable to use this service. "

I am yet to receive any email with instructions, and I booked my tickets in February. I'm starting to get a little worried, anyone got any help? Ticketmaster will take over a week to reply to my query because the event isn't soon enough.

I double checked, it's the 6th not the 30th. Sorry.

I booked my tickets on Wednesday and had the email on Friday night. After ticketmaster said it takes 72 hours. Have you scoured your emails? It comes from citylink with a link and a code.

When everyone started getting their references from ticketmaster to buy their bus tickets and I hadn't received mine I filled out the form here http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/h/cs_contactus.html saying I hadn't received my reference yet and a few days later they emailed me back with my reference. Then you just order your tickets like normal on the citylink website and in the payments section you'll find where to put in the reference :)

Rather than start a new topic about citylink I thought i may aswell stick it on here. It's my first time at T and i booked the coach to arrive at T at half 2 thinking that the campsite would open at 3. Now i've found out that they open the campsite early and the queues at 3 will be bad. Is there any chance of getting on a earlier coach?

I had to use the search function on Gmail to source the bus code cause for some reason gmail filtered it away from my main inbox, it said on the email the code expired the 30th June but I booked my bus earlier using the code so don't worry about that as I believe the final deadline, as already posted is the 6th.

But at least you'll be out of there before it gets busy!

My bus from Reading was supposed to leave at 10am. 1pm it finally turned up and then we crashed into three cars on a motorway. So I'm not looking forward to that again!
