Road Trip

To cut costs we have decided to drive, our route avoids all toll roads, again to cut costs, giving a total driving time of around 23hrs, which seems a little insane, but we will break it up, leaving dover 8am sat morning and arriving in beni at around 5 pm on monday(hopefully!)

Has anyone done this that can give any advice? routes to take, not to take? where to stop off as half way mark? we are thinking limoges in france?

We was thinking it would be handy to have a car to get about in benicasim, is there any need?

Also getting to beni about 5 on monday, will the best camping spots be taken, we are hoping to get to the camp with the trees for some proper shade!?

The road trip is great and innovative idea. this trip will be full of excitement and awesome. we have tried one such road trip, surely it was great fun and great time we spend with the bikes.
