festival job

hallo!

i want to do a festivals trip in which i move from festival to festival with a company i volunteer in. i expect the company will arrange me accomodation and tickets in the festival and will transport me in the company expanses from festival to festival.

does it possible to find this kind of a job?

not that i've seen.

security always get paid well so you'd be able to afford transport and hotels between fests. may even transport you but i've never done it so don't know. but long hours so doubt you'd have much time left to enjoy it.

if you apply to be a CAT you can volunteer at lattitude, big chill and leeds/reading under one deposit (which you get back after festy season as long as you turn up to all the shifts) and you get loads of time to enjoy the festival. you don't get paid but get a free ticket, secure camping, nice toilets, showers and cheaper food. i'd reccommend it. more info here: http://www.hotboxevents.com/

then oxfam is a similar system. you can volunteer at loads of festivals with them.
