Registration question

In view of the possibility there might be a chance of a small number of refunded tickets going back on resale a mate asked me to register him just in case. I managed to send the online form off last night before the 11.59pm deadline. Late I know but hey ho!

It states that registration isn't complete until they check that the photo is suitable. Which they obviously wouldn't have done last night. Will the registration still stand as long as the form went in on time? Does anyone know when, if at all any spares are likely to go on sale?
