BBC 4 Doc - Getting The Years Wrong

I first noticed they put Dame Shirley Basey in as 2008, when i know it was 2007.

Then I noticed they showed Macca as 2005 as it most definitely wasnt (was it 2004? i dont know, i wasnt there...)

I have a good memory for obscure events that helps me to remember the years that people played. Plus i like to be right, and the bbc are wrong! tut tut tut, get your facts straight.

Im still very much enjoying the documentary, i just wanted to say something incase anyone else noticed? :D

There were some date errors, true, but as the late great Douglas Adams said "Time is relative.........drinking up time doubly so".

Sorry, probably an entirely irrelevant comment but D-day (as in Departure day)is getting so close, I'm getting a bit giddy.

Never mind tricks! they are testing us. Probably to see if anyone actually noticed or if we were in such a state when we were there, all the years have merged into one.

but yeah, maybe time is just relative. And the documentary makers just thought "screw it, its was about this year. Does it really matter?"
