staff car park ticket

ive just bought a staff car park ticket. Will i be ok using this or will they wanna see some sort of worker ID?? (which i dont have) im just a normal ticket holder!!!!

You will be fine mate, just drive through - every time they try to direct you in with the punters parking just point at the badge and they will shoo you on - last year mine got me right to the gate pretty much (I was working though) was so nice!

Note - it will be for a certain area of staff parking, likely high east or mid west - ONE or the other - so if you don't go there it will just count as a normal parking ticket and won't get you anywhere special.

Is it a recycling team ticket? If so will take you high east - near the top field near pyrmid stage - and won't get you anywhere special if you head west.

cheers mate. Im not sure wot team its from to be honest. I just decided to buy it hoping that i will be able to avoid the extensive q's when leavign site on monday morning!!!!!

Lol - nope, you will be as close to the festival heart as possible, so will take even longer to get out. Doesn't matter for most workers you see, as they will be working monday and maybe even tuesday.

So yes, the only advantage is getting closer to one of the gates. But have a look at the parking ticket, should have a colour on it (yellow, blue, green etc) then check out the map and see where the staff parking is for that car park. that is where you get sent to.

You get no priority in terms of jumping queue on way in or out, just get directed to the staff area. But again, has to be the correct staff area, going to the other one will result in you being sent to punter parking.

If you want to get out early only thing to do is move your car mid festival, but then again you will need to walk all the further to get to you car.

When i worked usually left 6pm on Mon and it was easy to get out then!
