hi guys just wondering what the security was like last year to get into the campsite, as all of my mate have got camping tickets i left it a bit late and have only got a weekend ticket, would i be able to sneak in with my mates or ould it be too dodgy? or would there be an upgrade option available when i get there?

Can't help you on the security deal, as this is gonna be my first CF. Although i do know from contacting Cream about camping info, you get issued a different wristband depending on what ticket type you have (camping, non camping etc) - so might not be as straight forward.

Yeah, as Dawn says, it's all about the wristbands. You would be taking a large risk trying that. I doubt you'll be able to upgrade now as the camping is sold out. I'd get a contingency plan sorted if I was you just in case you don't get in the campsite.

Last year they did seem rather strict about checking wristbands on returning to camping I dunno what you could do, sorry x

I'm in the same boat as you.

Don't see the big deal with letting me getting a camping ticket seeing as I'm going with 6 other people and will be taking up no additional room. f**k it though.

Current plan is to just try and get it sorted on entry.

you will probably be able to swap it with a tout when you get there
