And for those of us with tickets, the bit towards the end of this other article might be more relevant: http://www.readingchronicle.co.uk/news/rou...ding-residents/ Reading Festival will also be louder this year, after licensing chiefs this morning gave festival bosses the go ahead to turn the volume up by three decibels to 68DB, rising to 70DB for the last two acts on the main stage each night.
