right, as i think our lift up there is pulling out, im just wondering in advance, (coming from Rhyl, North Wales..) the closest train station to Weston Park.. I haven't got a coach package and can't be arsed spending more money on getting a coach package.

Anyone know the closest station and how far of a walk it is?

stafford is easiest by train mate

shuttle buses leave very often from outside and i think they cost £10 for a return

EDIT: to walk it would be a hell of a trek, especially carrying all ya stuff

yea its just stafford station, my brother got the bus there last year and it actually dropped him off closer than the carparks. They give you a pack which had a hat and a poncho in it last year along with the ticket back

From Rhyl it may be easier (and cheaper) to go direct to Wolverhampton. There are also shuttle buses from there £10 which take around the same time.

I live closer to Stafford but last year the train was cheaper to Wolverhampton, so check both, good luck!!
