Ticketline - Confirm email

I know there are various posts in various topics about emails...but ticketline seem to be slowest at sending emails so thought it deserved own topic.

I ordered mine at 10.09 or something and still nothing, have ref no so not panicking yet.......

Hi, I got mine from ticketline too and still awaiting confirmation. I searched my inbox though for when I bought Oasis tickets for Wembley (from ticketline), and I didn't get an email until 5.30pm so it could be a while yet!

All confirmed (got 2 emails as well), even phoned up and they said they are putting them all through manually so could take up to 24 hours.

One thing though, just checked my online banking and the money hasn't been taken out, is that normal? When they confirm does that mean your card information was typed in correctly?

I ordered at 10:05 and got my confirmation at 12:32

Still not got mine but just been to the cash point and there was a V tickets sized hole inbetween my balance and available balance so its looking okay.

Really annoyed with myself that in my excitement I did not save or print of the confirmation!

I have heard quoted elsewhere that they are doing the confirmationa manually at Ticketline so could take upt o 24 hours ! I will go and have my lucky smoke now to see if that helps !
