Swapping tickets

My mate has accidentally bought V tickets for the wrong V festival. He’s bought them for Weston Park rather than Hylands park (Chelmsford). Wally!

Anyone know how or where he can get these swapped?

Perhaps a website for people that have managed to do the same?

Try cancelling them with seetickets and rebooking them friday. This is pretty common on here, people trying to swan staffs for chelms tickets, but there's never usually many takers.
