I'm getting slightly anxious because the child ticket I ordered last Wednesday, 30th July for my daughter still hasn't arrived. Can someone please tell me what's happened to it and when/how I can expect it? Can she get in without it if she brings the payment receipt?

You're absolutely right! Thanks.

But have you any idea what kind of ID is acceptable from a 13 yr old? She can't take her passport to a festival in case she loses it. I'm not accompanying her as she'll be with a friend's family who obviously don't have the same address as us. Will the printed receipt for the ticket be ok?

I have just ordered a ticket and have the paypal receipt but dont have any id with my address on it just my drivers license which has my old address and my credit cards which have no address on them. Will this be a problem?
