Managed to get tickets for Koko but just tested positive for Covid this morning. Feels no worse than hayfever but will be touch and go if I can make it on Friday. 🤞🏻
-
Wahoo! 2 tickets in record time.
-
Not sure if this is allowed or not, but does anyone know where to get downloadable sets from the festival? Ta in advance!

The massive football matches on the Other Stage field on the Wednesday afternoon. I remember this in 2002 and 2003, was just everyone against each other and shoot for whatever goal you were closest to.
-
Just to add. 2017 was just after the MEN bombing incident so queues were particularly worse that year due to the extra bag searches.
-
In 2017, we got there around 9.30 and queue for 1.5hrs but when we went back for our second batch of gear around 12, the queues had gone.
We got to the gates around 11am in 2019 and walked right in.This was gate D for reference.
-
We usually get parked by 10.30am on the Weds and make it to the gates from the Pink car park by 11-11.30ish without barely a gate queue at all. We camp in Rivermead so never feel the need to rush in as there's plently of space available, even by Thursday AM.
-
Our friends, first ever time trying, got in and bought theirs by 9.02am.
Managed to help someone on here, so feel my good deed for the day is done.
Congrats to all who got in and sorry to those who didn't make it through. -
5/5 in our group but we know of another grouping who are 2/5.
-
Would love Weezer and Turnstile to be there.

The new songs sound awesome live, really adds a new dimension to their sound. MTT 420 RR, Progress and Car Crash were particular highlights.
Show was busy last night (maybe 90-95% capacity but noticeably not full) but found it surprisingly quick to get in and get to the bar, which is always a bonus.
I'd mark them down as JP headliners, especially with the new light show working best in a dark setting (this tour should come with a epilepsy warning). -

This Lizzo gig was our favourite show of the whole year.
Heartbreaking when you think of all the great artists that aren’t getting discovered or propelled to the next level without festivals and tv coverage like this.

Arcade Fire from 2007!! One of my all time favourite shows!

In Kent, a 24yr old friend yesterday booked her first jab for tonight, and has her 2nd in 8 weeks time.

Congrats and good luck doing glasto with a little one i did it with a three month old once we had grannie on standby for emergency collection and babysitting which was a great fallback in a very wet year it felt like a abuse when our little monster wasn't able to have a crawl.
Thanks! Yeah, I think we'll play it by ear and decide much closer to the time, especially when we have more of an idea with that the weather might be doing. We're based 4hrs away in Kent, so emergency collection may prove difficult. Hoping the granparents will be willing to take her for the whole 5 days to be honest.

Our first born is due in August, so she'll be about 10 months old by the next festival. I know everyone's different but we're hoping to still make it to Glastonbury next year and aim to rope the grandparents into sitting for the 5 days (we have 3 sets so this could be shared).

Just has a looked up my upcoming gigs and I have one booked for the 19th June (IDLES) and another then next day (20th GN'R). Will be quite frustrating to miss the cutoff by a matter of days.

How do you find this site? I’ve ordered a few bits from them last night as the prices were good then looked at their reviews online. They seem to get a lot of 1 star reviews and items don’t appear!
I've ordered from them many times previously and never had any issues other than orders taking a while to be dispatched. Got some great deals though so can't really grumble. 10% off for first orders too.

I can't get out of a sad state of mind today, obvious reasons why but it's very hard to shake.
Same. I think yesterday was easier as I could take my mind off of it by working (half heartedly), but the weekend just feels like a waste of time where I know we should all be somewhere better.

Coldplay in 2002. I was 21 (that's no excuse), but I remember really enjoying them.
The camping essentials - I've found a bargain which you all need to know about thread...

Does Decathlon have any discount codes or have any regular sales that anyone's aware of? Have a bunch of things to buy from there and would hate to see it all discounted soon after I buy it all. Ta.
