Sorry but Kaisers Chiefs are not headliner material nor will they ever be. If they get bumped, I'll be thoroughly underwhelmed.
I dont agree with anything Noel or Liam Gallgher ever say, but one thing I simply couldnt dispute is what Noel said about the Kaisers......

Well one things for sure. We need a new Saturday night headliner. I dont think just ANYONE will do, but the fact they booked wino in the first place to headline puts a downer on the potential of it being someone insane.
break the bank and get me Muse, KOL or Radiohead. Or Foos. I dont mind, anyone will do.

I saw ssomething the other day saying not long until the full programme will be released. I tyhink they may be trying to finalise a couple of acts.
In all, Im actually pretty dissapointed with the lineup, but for me its more than a festival, as we're staying in an apartment in Central from the Monday til the Monday!

I think youll find its literally just the campsite, like the Monday at festivals in this country. Youll get majority of stuff going on on. Wed, Thurs, fri, sat and sun. thats your 5 days.

ok so just got ma tix aff seetickets and I was under the impression that see made you pick up yer tix at the gig but it says on confirmation that they get posted out. can anyone confirm if this is the case????? or is it just a generic automated email that's been sent out?

We're also going out to Hungary a week before the fest itself, so I dont want to have the tickets not turn up when we've got flights booked etc. Ill probably just get them off the sziget site, and pick them up when we arrive there?

After Glasto last year, we thought never again camping in the heat. So we've opted for a apartment in the city for a week! Its going to be a right novelty going to a fest having had a shower!
Not looking forward to the heat though, I DO NOT deal with it well. I hear its a 'dry heat' and not too bad compared to what the same temp would be like in the UK?

Well if its the only way of doing it, I suppose itll have to be a taxi. Its not too far, 15-30 min drive, so im assuming between 4 of us in a taxi its not gonna be too bad. Itd be nice if there was some more info on trains on the websites..

Hi people, Ive got tickets for Sunday with some friends, so obviously we have to leave Sunday night.
We have a hotel booked in Bracknell and I wanted to know if there are any trains put on later? As far as I can see the last train is at 10.54. Im guessing this will be too early?
What time does the headliner usually finish?
Should we aim to just get a cab to Bracknell?
Any info would be muchly appreciated!

im kind of dissappointed. Was expecting more big name bands. Im also thinking that this means Kasabian will be a headliner. Which is making me think they'll be friday night , some massive band like Foo Fighters Saturday and Pulp on Sunday.

Seems ive just answered this myself.
Festival goers with Camping Tickets can enter the festival site from 10am 8th August. Festival goers with Non-Camping Tickets can enter the Sziget site from 6am 10th August
