I don't think it's that much effort, there are online tools where you can enter band names and knock out a Glastonbury poster pretty easily. Then just print and photograph.

It's not cherry picking at all. Bands like the Stones and other big 60's/70's acts engaged in gross behaviour but there's also an acceptance (even if people don't like it) that it was a different time in terms of societal behaviour and what was acceptable 50 years ago is no longer now. Win Butler has no such excuse, he engaged in gross behaviour when everyone knows unequivocally that it's wrong.

Small beer compared to the allegations and revelations about Win, but Arcade Fire's status hasn't been helped by them not putting a decent album out for at least a decade.
-
Glad I saw it when I did now.

Who wouldn't want to be associated with Coldplay?
-
Their salads are overrated anyway.
-
Years ago I was staying in the Waldorf Hotel in New York and Coldplay just happened to be in town that weekend (think they were playing MSG). Managed to convince a couple in the lift that I was the drummer.

It'll have to do. I did have Life In Technics-colour ready as a backup.

Spent the last 15 minutes workshopping a Duplo pun but can't fit it anywhere. Even their song titles are boring.

Blocks (You know, instead of Clocks)
-
It has more personality than the real thing.
-
There it is. The worst thing I'll see today.
-
'15 darling, get it right. Wanna know who's headlining in 2030? Well it's Coldplay again.
-
Yeah what makes a Lego figure "Coldplay"? Other than the blank stare and lack of real personality?
-
We also had Lil Nas X down as subbing long before it became public knowledge too.
-
We knew about GnR over on the Discord before Christmas, it was just Neil on here who was shooting down any suggestion it could be them.
-
Guessing it'll be DM first, then a few of his solo songs and other Oasis bits second half.
-
Yeah that's what I meant, maybe get Squires out for the Rainbow song during the encore for one or two of the gigs.
-
Oh yeah, you could probably fit the whole of Revolver in the time Macca spends dragging that one out.
-
Who else is in their band? Presumably it's just Liam's usual guys. Nothing to stop Squire coming out for a song or two every now and then.
-
A lot of Beatles songs are pretty short, which means you can pack more in.
-
He's doing multiple arena gigs in the summer where he's playing Definitely Maybe in full so I doubt this is much more than a small side project in a few smaller venues. He might even incorporate one or two of these songs into that tour.

Back to the original question… does anyone really want new material from Stevie Wonder these days? Does anyone want 3-4 songs taking the place of older, and invariably better, material?
-
How often does a heritage act release new material that actually stands with their classic stuff? Doom and Gloom slapped hard, but struggling to think of many others.
