Interesting. My delivery details box is no longer there. Just an address box.

    Think I'll ring them

I wouldn't worry; that's exactly what happened on my page a couple of hours before getting a dispatch email.

Ticket definitely on its way now!

    Hi, first time poster.

This year it's just me and my wife going as a few friends had to pull out for various reasons.

This has made me think about taking my son and having a slightly different festival than normal. This is Mainly because my son is 12 so last chance to go without ticket.

My query is really, because he turns 13 on Monday 1st July. Will he be ok to go without ticket, my guess is yes because the festival officially finishes on the Sunday???

Still havnt decided to take him or not yet, if we do we will surprise him on the morning of leaving. I can't work out if he'd enjoy himself or not, he's got a pretty shocking taste in music but I'm sure he'd enjoy everything else that goes on and would be a great experience

Can't wait now,  4 weeks to go

What type of music is he into? What is "pretty shocking"? I have a bunch of second cousins that age but I live 15, 000 kmts away, so completely out of touch with what 12 yrs old like now.

  5. Earlier I had this:

And now the 'Delivery Details' part of the page disappeared. Something's moving and I hope it's finally the envelope with my ticket!

So this past weekend I broke my ankle in two places, its currently in plaster and I'm awaiting recovery times etc from the consultant tomorrow.

Wondering - if it is worse case - could I even sell them on here for face value due to the ID being on the tickets?

Wouldn't be looking to make a penny on them, and it's only if the consultant turns around and laughs in my face at the question of going.

Thanks for any advice guys.  Devastated.

Depending on what your doctor says, maybe contact the festival's accessibility team and ask whether they could help by giving you access to some facilities. Don't give up yet!

  7. Just confirming what others have already advised: email Accessibility@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk

If you have a medical report, consider including it.

If you think it would help, let me know and I'll forward the access registration pack they sent me a few months ago.

As @freakifrank and  @ravermum said, you missed the deadline but I'm confident the Accessibility Team will do their best to help you.

Just so you know, they also had pre-pitched tents in the accessible camp (Spring Ground), in case you'd like to enquire about that.

There are accessible toilets and showers in that camping ground, along with some facilities to keep meds refrigerated and charging or connecting medical equipment if needed.
All the best, and a lot of love and strength to your dad, you and the rest of your family.

  8. For some reason I'm more anxious about ticket dispatch than about full line-up and time slots and clashes. I'm more worried about not getting my ticket on time (and once I get it I'll be worried about forgetting or losing it), than about anything else. I just want to be there, and then I'll figure out what I'll do each day and which bands I'll see and where.

    Come on, Seetickets!
Getting a bit neurotic, but I get the feeling I'm not the only one ?

Yes it’s big enough for beer and a seat and small enough to carry without getting tired

Following your earlier suggestion, I bought this one. Expensive, but pretty ?

    Thank you!

Not sure which thread to put this in. But can anyone advise if a solar powered charger is worth taking? And if so, any recommendations please.

I've asked the same question and got a lot of very helpful advice. See here:

Basically, most people recommended not to get a solar charger. I listened and got a 26800 mAh Anker powerbank

I’m often misdiagnosed as a bad egg because I’ve got -11votes. This was essentially due to saying how much I enjoyed Kanye.

    All the best

Have an upvote from a bird!

And have another one. And hopefully a great Glasto, enjoying whichever band/artist you like.
