Use the A-Z view of the line-up, Kate!

xAh... on clashfinder? I find the app so useless this year! Thanks Ben!

What's the closest I'm going to get to a Bass House set this year at Glastonbury?
Stuff like Malaa, Joyryde, Habstrakt, Moksi, Wax Motif etcI really enjoy Wax Motif also so I'm keen for an answer...
I thought Father Funk was on the lineup but now can't seem to see him anywhere.may have been the 2020 lineup

It's still too early, but... excellent new run after last night, with all the Saturday rain now missing the south west and smashing into northern Europe instead. Last night on the left, latest on the right.
There is some rain around on Sunday night through into Monday but nothing that means anything with the temps to follow.
Lovely when the gates open.
After Monday, there is ZERO rain in the forecast.
However. the destination of the low to the north and east of the UK is still all to play for.
@stevieweviehas already posted the charts for the festival days above, which are SCORCHIO.
Max daytime temps showing as:
Weds: 20
Thurs: 21
Fri: 21
Sat: 24
Sun: 26
A lovely pleasant start, but the weekend will feel very hot at 24-26.
This is my ideal weather. Will stop reading this thread now.

We'll be there assuming our travel plans actually come to fruition and we make it from the US to Glasto. Look forward to meeting you all even though I'm kind of an introvert and my wife thinks you're my imaginary Internet friends.
Well I'm pretty sure your wife is imaginary.
Guess you'll have to go to the meet and prove us both wrong.

It's the fact there is literally nowhere to cool down. Nowhere at all.
If you are a bit cold, put another layer on. If its raining, go in a tent. If you are nearly passing out with the heat, there is nowhere at all to go at all.
If the heat happens this year (which it doesn't look likely too) I'd check out a spot in the glade... Saturday of 2019 when it was 32 out I found my mate in a k-hole by a tree in the glade and he had somehow found the coldest place on site. They had fans going and a mister of some sort? And the whole thing was mostly shaded. It was down right shocking how hot it was out everytime I left that spot to grab a margarita!

Dublin airport question. I'm flying Toronto - Dublin - Bristol on Aer Lingus next Sunday. Booked straight through on one ticket. The layover in Dublin is tight-ish - just over an hour if flights are on time. Do I need to clear customs in Dublin, or just hop off the flight and walk over to the connecting gate?
As I've just done it, you'll definitely need to clear customs...you can't access the "connections" without doing it. There wasn't another option but it was massively quick going through, but I would suspect that's dependent on luck when you land.

Covid? Get some sleep
Finally covid has done me a solid!
Should be pretty easy now, I could set up camp in this row!

I've got an entire exit row to myself for my red eye from Toronto to Dublin... how'd I get so lucky?

I'm at the airport now ready to fly to Dublin! I'll be in Faro, Portugal I about 24hrs. I got a negative covid result so hoping everything is smooth sailing from here out!
It's happening isn't it?

Wellll my bags are packed! I think I've got everything I need, and my bag is absolutely rammed full, but it only weighs 30lbs. I could probably lose some things but it's all buckled up so there's no going back.
I've still got to work in the morning and have got to go get a test to say I don't have covid. Home stretch!

Ah, my dear pal.
My response was a slightly clever, very niche gag, as my fellow Canucks might attest.

xSorry to disagree, but I'd actually say Immensely clever 😉

Opened the park stage on the Saturday morning. Was absolutely magnificent
Damn. So secret I didn't even find out about it til 3 years later! I did end up seeing them on the pyramid and it was great, but that would have been awesome

Right. And Vampire Weekend (although already on the lineup elsewhere) at the Park last year. And then Radiohead/Thom York/Biffy Clyro/Franz Ferdinand++ in like 2007-2010.
Paolo Nutini really underwhelming compared to those as he's not particularly "hot" right now in any way. A set in the Rabbit Hole would be cool though, but not for a big slot in the Park or at the John Peel stage.. I just don't get why he wouldn't already be announced if so if he were doing any of those. Not that massive right now, and wouldn't be a big surprise either considering he's playing in Bristol right before the festival..
Vampire weekend did a secret set in 2019??

Has anyone ever used rehydration tablets/sachets for a hangover? Would you recommend any in particular?
Yeah! I use 'nuun' brand here in Canada, they're meant for marathoners but what I'm doing is much harder on the body. I definitely feel loads better when I wake up, but as Quark has said, make sure you have them when you're going to bed.

I just have one more day to sort myself out as I leave Friday at 130pm! Packing is going to happen tonight, but I just had a couple beers on a patio and may need a quick rest 🤣 I'm going to Portugal first and it looks like I might need a test to get in. Someone at my work has had a positive covid test today so I'm hoping my plans don't get completely fucked 😅

@Drinky yeah not great pricing, best bet is leaving out of vancouver, these are the ones I'd book if it was me and right to Londin but it's still about 1500, you can get it down to 1300 if they want to spend 19hrs travelling each way.

Hi all you wonderful people! I'm going to be queueing over night on the Tuesday night but my partner and 2 of my kids are staying in a B&B near Glastonbury town that night and we are wondering what is best way for them to get from there to Festival.
We have got the shuttle bus many times between Glastonbury town and the festival before but never during peak arrival times on a Wednesday. The website has shuttle buses running from 7am on wed this year. Anyone know if the shuttle bus is normally rammed at that time on a Wednesday morning? Any other suggestions for how they are best advised to travel welcome. Imagine taxis would be slow moving and expensive
I got the shuttle from Glastonbury town last festival and it was incredibly easy. I think it ended up being full when we left around 11am, but not rammed at all. I basically walked through the gates as there was a seperate queue for that shuttle.
I'm going to be doing an almost similar thing this year as it was too easy but I also have to collect my ticket from the box office so am worried I might lose all the benefits of the tiny shuttle line!

Feeling a bit down on the festival right now. From our group of 4, one dropped out at balance payment time, the other could only get Friday and Monday off so is flying in late on Thursday night, and the other has run into problems with her flight - she’s coming from the west coast and was planning to combine a work trip with the fest, but her work scheduled her trip for this week instead, and now all the flights around the festival are $2k. Unless something comes up I’m going to be solo for the first couple of days.
Does anyone have any tips for last minute flights, anywhere from Vancouver to Portland to anywhere in Britain?
Check Dublin maybe? I just recently booked my flight calgary->Dublin and got a really good deal, from there a flight to London should be pretty cheap. I'd also check Paris, same deal.
Gimme the exact dates they need to fly and I can do a quick Google flights search, I'm pretty good at it!

Also hoping for more funky stuff 🙏
