Is Springsteen official anywhere in Europe yet? Can’t see where this talk of him is coming from.

Internet chatter mostly on the fan chat rooms. Nothing substantial. Theres a post from a French website:
    https://hey-alex.fr/actu/bruce-springsteen-concert-stade-de-france-juin-2022-zegut-tournee-stade-europe-2022/?fbclid=IwAR2e1ezUUqvmnauSIntJfY4ucJQgv3iOMWWROj-MUAfRQivI5qqmEfO50QI
referencing Paris in June - but its got no substance
Springsteen himself said a few days ago in a German TV interview he will be playing Germany in 2022. But he says that stuff all the time.

  2. Little pic from last night. Won’t add anything that might be a spoiler for those lucky souls still to see it. Suspect the later in the tour you see it might be better as they are still rusty unsurprisingly and still working out the new stuff. As ever though, always a wonderful night with Nick

Interesting this question comes up a lot on book groups and I'd have to say I would count it. I have personally never listened to an audio book I suffer a lot from lack of attention and switching off so not sure they would work for me but if I listened to a book and heard the whole story I wouldn't feel inclined to pick up the book and read it as well. That's my take anyway for what it's worth. If you listen to a lot of audiobooks and have opinions on whether they are good or bad I'd be happy to hear them.

Some times Ive got through and loved an audiobook I've tried reading in print and struggled with. An example was Suttree by Cormac McCarthy. Tried it two or three time times in print and found it slow and turgid. The quality of the reading I suspect really brought it to life and I loved it when I "audibled" it

Just ordered this. Was very expensive, but the price seems to have gone down a bit now, so get in there.

so bloody funny. A staple in our loo. Sometimes hear house guests giggling in there when they've picked it up

Just did a quick test to be sure I hadn’t picked anything up last night. Going into isolation for the next three days now.

You bloody better. You and @gooner1990 are the Talismen on this. Im seeing a direct correlation with you being at Wembley and us winning.

  6. If that team is right they've kept Rice in and dropped the Yorkshire Pirlo for Henderson.

Going to a back three I get. I get sticking with Sterling (grudgingly) and the speed of Saka which will scare the shit out of Hummels.

    But Phillips out? Nah...

    Hey Hugh Jass

the picture made me reflect on Glastonbury Corner in my Pub Shed.

The Alce Harfield picture in particular.

Anyone else feel like shit's gotten real VERY quickly in this tournament??

Due to pretty much no big sides out in the Group stage, it felt like there was very little jeopardy - the big sides all survived Group F in the end, everyone else you'd expect to go through went through.

Then suddenly BANG - Holland and Portugal both out within hours of each other.

Really enjoying the tournament but also shitting myself about tomorrow.

Shits gonna get real if the Germans score first tomorrow...
