This is great, great news! Very happy!

Third headliner tomorrow, according to Twitter.
There's nobody else on the bill we already know about who the festival hasn't confirmed, is there?
-
YAY! Goddamn training course will prevent me from constantly checking back here and on Twitter though. Hopefully they'll be some nice lunchtime news.
-
Still very quiet, but it's usually announced fairly close to the actual event.
In fact, looking back through the thread, the announcements were mid-May to early June last year, so I wouldn't panic too much.
-
I think I have now......
-
PS I'm drelfy on there - Elfy was must've already been taken when I signed up
Haven't done anything clever like make playlists though.........
-
If it hasn't automatically updated, you should be able to get the latest version from the Spotify website. A word of warning, if you import you local library, don't let Gracenote update your tags. It'll f**k 'em up big style!
-
How odd. I'm certainly enabled. I've added you. You have no public playlists, apparently.

I'm using the new social Spotify and am Shoebox1976uk. By all means, link me up.
-
I've done one. It's not picky and has got everything that is available in the UK on it (that's a hell of a lot of Mountain Goats!). I'll link it up tonight when I get back on my home PC.

For the record, my name is totally random. No thought went into whatsoever and it has no connotations with anything.
Just thought I'd clear that up.
-
Only been there once myself, to see Wilco last year. And yeah, I didn't mind it. Don't remember hot-dog smells, but they'd probably get me salivating if they were there though.
-
Are we to read that as a derogatory remark against our beloved?
And theres you taking the name of a bnl track, Shoebox!!!
eeee lad

Might be worth keeping an eye on this one. Seems to have a similar ethos to EotR (i.e. the slant towards Americana) and at the same time of year. I guess there might be some cross-over of acts. Not much announced so far, though I wouldn't baulk at the idea of Wild Beasts playing EotR.

Please, for the love of God NO! Nononononono!
-
I'm with you on this
- plenty enough to keep me happy, plus I want time to chill out a bit, drink cider, talk rubbish, play Scrabble, listen to various people noodling on their guitars (I'm not talking about the bands there....), wander round the woods etc etc
-
Jim is certainly wishful thinking. Is he planning on ever playing live again? Was lucky enough to catch him at the QEII Hall in the Southbank Centre a few years back. Looking forward to his Baccarach (sp?) covers album that is due soon.

Well that's it for today, but a great announcement. Yo La Tengo and Wolf Parade have got me especially excited and there's loads more that I'm clueless about, so plenty more investigation to be done.
September is going sooooo great!

The First 5 bands on the Local Stage will be: Oh Ruin, Three Trapped Tigers, Olof Arnalds, Caitlin Rose, London Snorkelling Team
I make that one more to come, or can't I count?
-
Annie & The Beekeepers, Errors, Charlie Parr, Horse Feathers, Heidi Spencer & The Rare Birds, & Brakes.
Brakes!?!? Who'da thunk it?
-
Nothing in my mailbox either, but Twitter's creaking along like a good 'un.
-
Nice, nice, nice! Keep 'em coming!
-
Excellent news! Never seen them before.
