Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the curfew 00:30 till 2010, now it's 00:00. Also (and this is just my impression) it seems that 2004 was quite a different time. I'd say ban flags forward of the sound desk. Put up 4 fixed flag poles so people can still use those to find their way back to their mates. Sell flag space for charity so if you must absolutely have your county flag or your mate's face on TV for a few seconds, something good can come of it.

I'm not a follower of GnR (so I can't compare how he sounds to previous shows), and I understand aging is inevitable, but he's vearing in to sounding like Herbert the Pervert at times and the sound guy is having trouble staying on top of things. I do find it funny that AM get stick for playing stuff from the new album, but people seem quite happy about GnR playing B-sides from the Chinese Democracy era...
