Wath Festival 2014

This four day festival of music and dance includes several concerts at Montgomery Hall which take place both in the afternoon and in the evening. Past years have included other events like ceilidhs and sing-arounds the week before the festival too. The dates for the 42nd Wath Festival are over Mad Day Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 2nd until Monday 5th May.

Kris Drever, Sam Carter, Kathryn Roberts & Sean Lakeman, The Grand Slambovians, Demon Barbers XL Roadshow, Megson, Ashley Hutchings Morris On, Miranda Sykes and Rex Preston, Pete Morton, Flossie Malavialle, The Teacups, Rose Redd, The Sweet Lowdown, Goat Roper Band, Kirsty Bromley, and the Winner of Wath Young Performers Award 2014.

Early bird ticket are priced at £75 for the weekend, add £15 for a weekend camping. For all concerts, one child up to the age of 11 will be allowed free entry with every adult ticket purchased.

Public Transport

Swinton station is under 2 miles from Wath upon Dearne. Sheffield bus station is under ten miles away for coaches.

Camping

Camping is available priced at £20 for a full weekend camping, or alternatively £10 per night on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
