Wath Festival 2012

Celenbrating it's 40th year, this three day festival of music and dance includes several concerts at Montgomery Hall which take place both in the afternoon and in the evening. Past years have included other events like ceilidhs and sing-arounds the week before the festival too. The dates for the 2012 Wath Festival are from Friday 4th until Sunday 6th May.

Line-up

This year's line up will include Fairport Convention, Home Service, Billy Mitchell Band, Chris & Kellie While, Dick Gaughan, Boo Hewerdine, Lucy Ward, Reg Mueros & Bethany Porter, Jennifer Crook, Ray Hearne & Ciaran Boyle, Tom Mitchell, Johnny & The Prison Didn't Help Boys, Skyhook, Charlie Barker & Harriet Bartlett, Monkey's Fist, and Brooks Williams.

Tickets

A full weekend ticket is priced at £60. A day ticket for Saturday or Sunday is priced at £25, with a Friday evening ticket priced at £16. Tickets for Saturday or Sunday afternoon only are priced at £12, and a Saturday or Sunday evening only ticket is priced at £16. A room for 2 at Park Inn is priced at £50. To buy ticket, here.

Swinton station is under 2 miles from Wath upon Dearne. Sheffield bus station is under ten miles away for coaches.
